What This Experience Is
Receive is a 13:33 minute guided meditation to help you slow down, get out of your head and create space for something new. Through grounding, intention setting and visualization, you’ll be guided to relax your body, shift your focus and let go of some of the pressure around money, success and making things happen. It’s a simple practice for creating more openness, calm and awareness so you can notice and receive what’s already available to you. Press play, take a breath and give yourself 13 minutes to pause and receive.

About the Creator
Hi, I’m Roxanne. I’m the creator of The Receiving Frequency. I created this meditation after seeing how much can shift when we use simple tools to slow down, get out of our heads and create space for something new. I’ve experienced powerful shifts through practices like this in my own life, and I’ve seen my clients experience them too. Sometimes the simplest practices can create the biggest changes in how we feel, think and respond to what’s happening around us. The Receiving Frequency was created to give you a simple, accessible way to pause, reconnect with yourself and become more open to receiving support, opportunities, abundance and possibility. You don’t need to force anything. Just press play, take a breath and see what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to receive.

A glimpse into the impact this practice can have.
A note from someone who experienced this work firsthand.
Just had to tell you that the gold frequency healing you did totally worked!!! That, and you raised my vibe so high — I need a recording of that. I had two brand new bookings, totally out of the blue.
